Refugees and asylum seekers
Linda Briskman (adjunct Professor), Caroline Fleay, Mary Anne Kenny (adjunct Associate Professor), Lisa Hartley and Anne Pedersen (adjunct Associate Professor) are actively involved with the refugee rights movement with a particular focus on human rights issues at immigration detention centres. As well as scholarly publications and submissions to government, Centre members are regular commentators for the media including print and radio.
